Frequently Asked Questions
What if I have a question about my financial arrangements or some aspect of my treatment?
Please ask. We welcome your questions because you and your peace of mind are important to us. You’ll find our phone number on the bottom of every page of this site.
What are the fees?
Our fees have been carefully structured to reflect the time we need for your treatment, the complexity of that treatment, and the skill, training and experience that assures you will receive high quality care and enjoy the best possible results. Although it can be costly, superior dentistry is always a good value.
What if I have an Emergency?
Emergencies are never on your schedule and we are here for you should you find yourself having one. After hour emergencies are uncommon, but we would rather have you call than to learn later that you have been in pain and you didn’t call.

What are your policies regarding appointments?
Appointments–Consider this: an appointment is time reserved in both your schedule and in ours. If our schedule has to change, we will let you know in plenty of time, and we ask that you do the same for us. If you don’t, we ask that you allow us to charge you.
If you have an unpredictable schedule, we request that you not make appointments for Mondays. Monday slots are almost impossible to fill on short notice, so if your plans change on a Saturday or Sunday and require a Monday cancellation, that leaves us with time that could have been used for treating another patient.
How do you work with my dentist?
Your deep satisfaction, which we relentlessly pursue, demands the diligence of a carefully coordinated team.
You, of course, are the first and most important member of the team, and play the lead role. We will teach you how to perform your role in the treatment process so you are sure to enjoy long-term success.
There are two other players on your team: your Periodontist and your personal dentist.
Your dentist plays a role we honor and rely on every step of the way. We work together to provide for you the best possible care—the finest and latest techniques, the highest quality materials available, appropriate decision making, and procedures. We work together with you, your Restorative Dentist and your Periodontist.
We attain our goal, and we see a smile, not just beautiful to behold, but a smile impossible to withhold.
How will x-ray be used in my treatment?
We understand both the risk and the amazing value of an X-Ray. First, we don’t use one x-ray that isn’t essential to your successful treatment.
Most of the time, our staff can take the pictures we need, but if something highly technical is required, we send you to the best x-ray facilities in the region.
What should I do if I have a problem with your service?
First, believe we want to know your concern. We constantly ask ourselves how we can improve. Since you see us and our work with fresh eyes, your input is valuable. So, if you want to be a hero, tell us what you think. Our phone number is listed at the bottom of the page or you can send an online message by clicking the Contact button above.
How to Have Your Cake and Chew It, too!
If you were to take a journey to the heart of our practice, you would find that everyone here is deeply committed to prevention. “Prevention of what?” you ask. The prevention of damage to your teeth and jaw caused by disease. At first, you don’t know it’s happening. That’s why you need to see us now so we can catch disease early when it is easiest to treat. Early detection of disease assures you of the best possible outcome.
Perhaps you still have all your teeth. On the other hand, you may have had trouble in the past and now have implants. Either way you are in a good place. So, keep up the good work. The evidence is conclusive. After successful peridontal or implant treatment, you need to be seen on a follow-up basis every three to six months. It’s good for you, and seeing you is our delight.
